We are seeking qualified and ambitious candidates who are looking to discover more than what’s in their backyard. Our Post-graduate Program (PGP) sets you up with a senior manager as a mentor and host. Then you will embark on several stationing assignments abroad, while working on high level projects, during your first two years.
When your assignments are successfully completed, you will be put on the “fasttrack” for a management position within Danfoss. Where else can you apply your skills all over the world? This highly competitive program will let you prove the talents you have developed and test them among the best in your field.
